R?sle Weight Hamburger PressStainless steel burger press consisting of a stamp and ring. For quick and easy shaping of meatballs (100 – 300 gr). Ring diameter 11cm, ring height about 6cm. Meatballs suitable for standard and XL hamburger buns. Processing: Use a kitchen scale to portion the minced meat to the desired patty weight (e.g. 200g each). Form it into a ball and place it on baking paper, for example about 13-15 cm apart. Now place the middle ring on the chopped patty and shape the patties one after the other on the baking paper with the stamp of the burger press. With a lathe these can then be placed on the grill or pan easily and conveniently.
