Neo Barista Espresso Cleaner Powder Cleans coffee oils, coffee particles, lime and odors that occur in Automatic / Manual Espresso machines. It is a tablet cleaner applied for periodic cleaning of home or industrial type espresso and coffee machines. Neo Barista powder cleaner removes oils, coffee particles, limescale and bad odors from industrial espresso machines and other coffee machines. Why Should We Clean Our Machine? There are many factors that affect the taste of the coffee you drink. First of all, it is undoubtedly the quality and type of coffee beans. The technique of the barista making the coffee and the features of the machine used are also important. However, one factor that is often overlooked is the cleaning and maintenance of both industrial and household machines. Coffee machine cleaning should be done periodically to obtain delicious coffee. As you use your Coffee Machine, particles and coffee powders in the water settle in your machine parts and directly affect the taste of the coffee you drink. Regular cleaning of your coffee machine extends the life of your machine. How to Use: FOR GROUP ESPRESSO MACHINES: 1- Attach a blind plug to the porta filter of your machine. Put 3 g (about 1 teaspoon) of Neo Barista powder cleaner into the porta filter of your machine. Place the porta filter on the group head of your coffee machine. 2- Press the flow button of your espresso machine. Allow pressurized water to flow from the system into the port filter. Press and hold the flow button for 10 seconds and wait for 10 seconds. Repeat this process 5 times. 3- Remove the porta filter and clean it under pressurized water. 4- Then, put the port filter back and repeat the process in step 2 5 more times without the cleaning product. FOR CLEANING COFFEE EQUIPMENT: 1- To clean porta filter, strainer and similar metal espresso equipment, add 2 teaspoons of Neo Barista powder cleaner to 1 liter of hot water in a container and wait for the powder to dissolve. 2- Place the metal parts of the porta filters into the hot water vertically into the container so that the handles (rubber, plastic or wood) do not touch the water. 3- Leave it for half an hour. Clean with a sponge or clean cloth. FOR CLEANING OF HOME TYPE COFFEE & ESPRESSO MACHINES: 1- Add 3 g (1 teaspoon) of Neo Barista powder cleaner to 1 liter of hot water and wait for the powder to dissolve. 2- Put the solution into the water tank of your machine. 3- Press the coffee brewing button and repeat the process if necessary until all the solution is used. 4- Fill the water tank with clean water, repeat the same process at least twice and rinse your machine.
