Lurch Base & Soul Slow Juicer Lurch Base & Soul, “Slow Juicer” in the new “Base & Soul” range, is a Cold Pressed Fruit, Vegetable and Wheatgrass Juicer. Thanks to the gear grinder that you rotate slowly by hand, the rotation is much slower than electric juicers, which creates less heat. Juicing fruits and vegetables at low temperatures ensures that delicate vitamins, enzymes and secondary plant ingredients are preserved intact. Pressing in this way also prevents rapid oxidation. The natural flavors of fruits and vegetables come to the fore with this low oxidation. Instructions for Use 1- Place the body on a flat and clean surface. Attach the locking lever firmly to the floor by pushing it forward until it stops. If more secure placement is required or the ground is uneven, you can mount the tool to your workbench using the table clamp. 2- Push the clamping channel into the channel of the body until you hear a clicking sound and replace it. 3- Slide the gear grinder through the squeezing channel and fit it into the hole in the body. 4- Rotate the strainer cover until it fits at the end of the squeezing channel. 5- Place the handle on the body. 6- Place the liquid container and pulp container directly under the strainer cover, as shown in the diagram. 7- You can now fill the device. Please note the following: 7.1 If you are juicing hard and large fruits or vegetables, fill only one chamber. First, cut them all into thin slices and fill the chamber from the thin side first. Place slices one at a time to avoid jamming; After the first slice enters the gear grinder ring, fill in the other slices. 7.2 If you are juicing soft fruits or vegetables such as grapes, raspberries, blackberries, you can fill and use both squeezing channels. We recommend filling it no more than 3/4 full to avoid jamming. 8- Turn the handle clockwise slowly but regularly. The squeezed water will flow through the liquid strainer directly into the liquid container. The pulp will be pushed into the pulp container from the pulp outlet at the front of the device. 8.1 During the juicing process, slowly fill the juicing channel. Trying to overfill and push may damage the device, or cause clogging if you are juicing hard fruits/vegetables. 8.2 The gear grinder is designed to draw the food to be squeezed into the channel by turning the handle. NEVER push with your hand to help food get into the chute. Use the pusher attachment designed for this purpose. 8.3 If you feel difficulty turning the handle or if no water comes out even though there is food in the channel, turn the handle slightly counterclockwise. Then, turn it clockwise again to remove the blockage. 8.4 Never use too much force. 9- Remove the clamping channel by pressing the locking button. The tool can now be easily disassembled for washing. Clean the body with a damp and soft cloth.All remaining parts can be washed in the top basket of the dishwasher.
