Special patented Lotan Non-stick non-stick surface. Bakelite high temperature resistant handles. Pyrex glass lid is suitable for use in the oven up to 220 degrees. It is suitable for use on induction, gas and all stove types. It can be washed in the dishwasher, but it is recommended to wash it by hand to maintain the performance of the first day.
