Thanks to its modular structure, optionally up to 2 layers of 210×2 (IM-240XNE-HC and IM-240DNE-HC) can be added, increasing the daily ice production to 630 kg. All Cubers are equipped with an electronic control system. This ensures an optimized ice-making process even under changing conditions. Without requiring additional manual assistance or adjustments, our Cubes consistently produce abundant ice cubes of high quality. Each ice cycle is carried out with fresh water. The water spray plate is cleaned every cycle. Closed water circuit for basic protection against pollution. Body made of stainless steel. Integrated door handles. Removable door seal. Unique Technology A special jet of fresh water is injected into each of the closed cells. Excess water leaves the closed cell through a series of outlets. Cell walls prevent freezing water from expanding from all sides as it cools down to -30?C during the cubing process. Thanks to automatic rinsing cycles, impurities such as minerals in the water are eliminated and the purest ice possible is obtained, while your machine is protected from calcification and mineral accumulation.
