Description

Epinox SHT-10 Sugar Paste Gun consists of 20 different model tips. It is made of stainless steel. It is used to make sugar dough models. Patterns are made on cakes, cookies, cupcakes. Usage: 1 – Dip a walnut-sized amount of sugar paste into hot water. We take it out and knead it well. 2 – With the tip of our finger, we take a little bit of the softened butter and apply it to the sugar dough we kneaded, and feed the oil into the dough until it becomes very soft. (We do the lubrication process to prevent the sugar dough from sticking to the inside of the gun.) 3 – After choosing and placing the desired one from 19 different discs on the tip of the gun, put the sugar dough into it. 4 – When you press the button on the gun, processed sugar paste starts to come out of the tip of the disc. 5 – If the gun feels too hard in our hand and we cannot squeeze it, it means the sugar paste has not softened enough. We repeat the same process until we achieve the consistency. 6 – After putting the sugar dough on a non-stick surface, we cut it to the length we want.
