Dito Sama LMP500 Countertop Dough Rolling Machine, 500 mm Motorized dough rolling machine for small operations. Designed for cake spreading for food preparations, suitable for bakeries, bakeries and pizzerias. 500 mm working width. The rolling direction can be reversed by moving a joystick. Flour container fixed on top of the machine. A remote foot pedal to change the direction of rotation is available as an optional accessory. Safety grilles hinged to the structure are equipped with a safety microswitch to prevent injury. If the grids are raised to a dangerous level, the engine will stall. Emergency stop button with lock and manual restart to ensure cylinder stops for added operator safety. The 60 mm diameter rollers can be adjusted for sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.1 to 27 mm. Suitable for tabletop configuration or mounted on a mobile stand (optional). Compact and portable design. Teflon coated wings to facilitate the sliding of the dough. Upper and lower roller scrapers are easily removable for cleaning.
