Instructions Remove the coffee filter from the group holder and replace with the blind filter. For daily cleaning, add 1 scoop of Espresso Clean ? to the group handle and place as if brewing espresso. If the machine is cleaned less frequently, use a 2-level bucket. Start the cycle and let it run for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner. Stop the cycle and let it sit for 10 seconds. Start and stop the cycle 4 more times – run for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds. Remove the assembly stem and rinse thoroughly under running water from the distribution assembly. Close. Reattach the blind filter handle, start and stop the cycle 10 times – run for 5 seconds, stop for 2 seconds to ensure complete rinsing. Remove the blind filter and install the normal filter. Brew a single espresso and discard to re-season the machine.
