Choose your favorite ground coffee (recommended grind level: it should be suitable for the mocha pot and not too fine!). Fill the filter generously with coffee ? do not press it. 3. Place the moka pot on the stove. Set the heat level to low ? it’s worth waiting a few more minutes for better coffee taste. Once the top chamber is filled with brewed coffee, turn off the heat. 4.
